Hello readers,

The Indigo team brings you another great update today with enhancements and improvements for both Payroll and Attendance.

In Payroll, the termination function and the Leave Request Audit have been improved, while the FSS and Detailed Payroll reports have been fixed.

Over in Attendance, both Clocking Data and Attendance Exceptions have new options to delete multiple entries. Mid-day absences can now be taken into consideration when setting up shifts and penalties. Individual users can switch the Scheduler's starting day.

Payroll Enhancements

  • We have improved the termination function in Employees:

    • Employees without a set employment date now have the termination date enabled.

    • The termination button is disabled when an employee has no employment date.

    • Users will not be asked to enter other employment data for employees with no employment date.

  • Changes to companies in Administration: Subscriptions are now limited.

Payroll Fixes and Improvements

  • The projected annual tax amount in the FSS report shows as expected.

  • The Maternity Leave Fund contribution is showing as intended in the Detailed Payroll report.

  • The Leave Request Audit will warn users as expected when resubmitting a leave entry without a Time From and a Time To.

Attendance Enhancements

  • It is now possible to delete multiple clockings at the same time in Clocking Data.

  • Similarly, in Daily Attendance Allocations, multiple allocations can now be deleted from Attendance Exceptions simultaneously.

  • We have added a Mid-day Absence Tolerance to Shift Presets, which can also be edited from the Shift settings tab when viewing an individual shift's Schedule in the Scheduler. We have also added the possibility of targeting Mid-day Absence in Penalties.

  • Individual users can now change their Scheduler view to a different starting day than the company's default without affecting any other users.

Attendance Fixes and Enhancements

  • Target Attendance is now generating the correct amount of public holiday hours for non-fixed schedule employees that do not work on public holidays.

  • Clockings made via the Indigo mobile app are only marked as 'user intervened' when made via the manual punch feature.
