Hello readers,

This week, we have several enhancements across Indigo's Insights, Payroll and Attendance modules ready to make your work easier.

Administrators of multiple companies can now exclude particular companies from being included in Insights reports.

Over in Payroll, continuing on from last update's work on alerting users when applying for leave on restricted days, notifications now show up in the Leave Request Audit too.

Moving on to Attendance, users can add remarks to the Time Tracking by Projects report, include Adjustments to the Costings tooltip, and use the Leave Group as a shift name in the Scheduler Leave Import to be more discreet.

Read on to learn more!

Insights Enhancements

  • We have added a setting that enables administrators to exclude specific companies from Insights. This is found by going to Administration > Companies, and appears as shown below.

Payroll Enhancements

  • When submitting or approving leave through the Leave Request Audit, approvers are notified when an employee applies for a restricted day.

Payroll Fixes and Improvements

  • We have optimised the payslip generation process in cases of very large amounts of payslips.

  • Payslips print as expected when the Payslip Leave Balance Type setting is set to 'Period'.

  • When social security and maternity leave fund contribution totals are 0, these are not shown in the FS3 report.

  • The Audit Log report displays as expected.

Attendance Enhancements

  • We have added the option to include remarks in the Time Tracking by Project report.

  • It is now possible to include Adjustments in the Costings tooltip. Tick the Adjustments checkbox in Settings > Attendance > Costings > Costings Calculation Settings to enable it.

  • It is now possible to use the Leave Group as the shift name in the Scheduler Leave Import. Enable this from Settings > Attendance > Scheduler, and tick 'Use leave group as shift name for scheduler leave import'.

  • The Employee Name now shows before the Employee Code in the Who's In report.
