Our latest update has been kept short and sweet while our developers are hard at work creating code for several tantalising new features coming your way very soon.
This week, the pro-rata Government Bonus for reduced or hourly employees has been updated with a new calculation method, in accordance with official legislation. The Scheduler receives some much-need keyboard shortcuts, along with a helpful tooltip legend for the Heatmap we implemented recently. Device Manager is now able to assign punches with no specified In/Out status as clock-ins or clock-outs, making it more intuitive and reducing the need for manual checks or edits by the admin.

Platform
Indigo Notifications (the bell icon in the top right of Indigo) will now show a progress bar inside individual notifications to show the progress of processes being executed by Indigo.
Payroll Fixes and Improvements
The Pro Rata Government Bonus for Reduced or Hourly Employees has been revised and amended with a new calculation method as per official government rules. More information can be found here.
The Global Advance Payment utility generates as intended when the fields for 'Amount' or 'NumberOfHours' are left blank.
The number of selected Pay Items in the Pay Item section of the Payroll Calculation screen updates as expected when selecting a different employee.
Attendance Enhancements
We have added a tooltip with the Heatmap colour legend to the 'Show Heatmap' setting in the Scheduler View Settings.
The Scheduler can now be navigated using the same keyboard shortcuts as in Excel: use SHIFT + Arrow Keys to highlight multiple rows, and CTRL + Arrow Keys to navigate to the edges of the canvas.
Device Manager now automatically and intuitively assigns 'In' or 'Out' to a clocking without the employee having to select one or the other from the physical device.
Attendance Fixes and Improvements
In Rewards, we have added a validation to the 'Added Time' field in the condition 'Add Leave Entitlement.
Pasting shifts from a pattern in the Scheduler, whether copied or cut, is working as intended.
When importing clocking data into Device Manager, clockings on an employee's termination date are validated and imported successfully.
The Clocking Data window updates as expected when changing the date range in the Clocking Map View.
