What is Pay Item Analysis?

Pay Item Analysis is a grouping method that allows you to group a number of Pay Items together

What is a Pay Item Analysis group used for?

Pay Item Analysis groups are used for reporting purposes only. Grouping Pay Items together under Pay Item Analysis does not affect the pay items in question but is merely a reporting mechanism that allows you to run more reports tailored to your specific requirements.


Adding a Pay Item Analysis group

To add a new Pay Item analysis group, click on Pay Item Analysis from the Main Screen followed by the Insert icon.

  • Code: A unique reference code for the analysis group

  • Description: A description of the analysis group

Once ready, click on the Save icon to commit changes.

Editing an existing Pay Item Analysis group

To edit an existing Pay Item Analysis group, highlight the group by clicking once on the respective row and click the Edit button.

Deleting an existing Pay Item Analysis group

To delete an existing Pay Item Analysis group highlight the group and click on delete.
