About Support Files

Support Files are the files that support your Human Resources operations, allowing you to easily create and manage the resources you need to effectively manage your operations.

Employees registered on Indigo (via HR > Main > Employees) require a number of support files to make sure that everything is recorded as accurately as possible. 

Support Files hold all of the information that enables you to set up employees and run payrolls.

Every element that makes up an employee such as his work profile, leave and department is set up through a separate support file, making sure everything is easier to manage and only setup once to be used over and over again.
