Attendance Enhancements
Device Manager
A new function, Send BG Verify Command, has been added to the devices screen. This command resolves the occasional Failed to Verify error when clocking in with biometrics on SpeedFace V4L, V5L, and ProFace X devices, ensuring accurate verification for registered users.
A new setting, Send Users & Biometrics to Device Individually, has been added. When enabled, it sends users and biometrics to the device one by one. If none are available, the device processes the first 25 activities as usual. Note: this setting is ON by default.
Attendance Fixes and Improvements
We've resolved a disagreement within the Attendance Reconciliation report. Peace 🕊️ has been restored between the Include Off Days setting and any selected filters, allowing the report to behave as it should.
Scheduler
Clearing and assigning multiple shift patterns now works smoothly without spawning an imprecise error. We've resolved the issue by excluding employees with termination dates before the start date from the modal, ensuring only valid employees can be assigned a shift pattern.
We have refined how the '(d)' tag works when changing the cost centre of a shift.
When issues occur during shift copy-pasting, a more descriptive error message is now generated, clearly outlining the problem to help you identify and resolve it quickly.

HR Enhancements
In our continued quest to keep you battle-ready ⛑️ and ahead of the curve, we've deployed a new strategy: notifications sent by email will now also appear in your Notification Center, ensuring you're always alerted and prepared as situations unfold. Here's an example highlighting Leave email notifications appearing in the Center:
HR Fixes and Improvements
We have added tooltips to most of the buttons in the Notification Center. The spacing between icons has also been adjusted.
Maths is hard, ➕ ✖️ but that's no reason to get one's percentages wrong. With this in mind, we have corrected them in the Staff Turnover report.
Payroll & Leave Fixes and Improvements
Payroll Detailed Report (Excel) will start including post tax pay items in the Company Costs, unless they are set as Due to 3rd Party.
Payslip document titles and browser tab names now display the saved name of the payslip.
Performance Management Enhancements
We've simplified the process for managers and HR to communicate the significance of various star responses 🌟 in a rating question. We achieved this by providing an option to add context, accessible through a new checkbox under the Advanced Settings section of the question configuration.
Performance Management Fixes and Improvements
In the Template Builder, the error: URL links are not supported in this field due to ISO standards will stop users from adding links 🔗 to the description of questions.
Your answers to appraisal questions are no longer allergic to Maltese characters (e.g. ħ, ġ, ċ, ż) and will keep such characters once saved. ⚪🔴
Question Spotlights will include the Mandatory and Confidential symbols if they set as such.
Question alignment has been corrected when a lengthy description is included, as well as during saving.
Question tags that start with an uppercase letter appear in Analytics as intended.
