📝 Note: Both the Indigo Platform and Help Centre offer a compact version of the status page to users with the Payroll role, which includes buttons to help you contact us and get updates. You should read this entire article to learn how both versions work, but check out the final section for info specific to the compact version
Report an Issue
You can get in touch with us on our official Shireburn contact-us page. Our status page has a Report an issue button in its header that you can click to get there, for your convenience.
Scroll down to the Contact Form and fill in all the necessary information, such as the nature of your inquiry, the product in question, and a detailed message outlining your comments or concerns.
When done, don't forget to click Submit at the bottom.
Get Timely Updates
You can request timely updates of our status and upcoming maintenance by heading to our status page and clicking the Get updates button in the header.
Select your preferred communication channel and follow the instructions that appear in the next window. You can also specify if you want to receive emails about all status updates or just for certain components.
When done, click Subscribe.
Finally, you will receive an email. Check your inbox and click Confirm your subscription.
💡 Tip: Prefer Dark Mode? 🦇 Scroll to the bottom of the status page and click the sun symbol to switch to the dark side. Click it again to revert back.
The Streamlined Version
For users with the Payroll role, Indigo provides a streamlined status page featuring the contact and subscription buttons detailed in the article. This version is accessible via the Support Chat buttons located on the bottom right corner of both the platform and the Help Centre.
To report issues and subscribe for updates:
First click the status card, located just under the header text (which typically displays a green check mark ✅ and the words 'Status: All systems operational').
Next, click the menu in the top right corner. This will reveal the Report an issue and Get updates buttons, and the toggle for Light/Dark Mode. 🦇
