Setting up Employment Types
In Indigo, go to HR > Employee Setup > Employment Types.
Click on Insert.
Enter the desired data accordingly. Make sure to leave "Statutory bonus %" at 0.
Click on Save.
When setting up the employee. select the employment type in the Employment Type field.
