Any attendance exceptions that you have not made allocations to can be deleted from the Resolve Attendance Exceptions page of your Time & Attendance. 

To delete an un-amended attendance exceptions:

  1. In the left sidebar of Indigo, click on Time & Attendance.
  2. In the Main section, click on Resolve attendance exceptions.
  3. Find the attendance exception you want to delete and click the Delete trashcan icon.
  4. In the confirmation pop-up window, click on Delete exception.

If you want to revive delete exceptions, click on File > Recalculate exceptions in the top-right corner of the page. 

You cannot delete attendance exceptions for which you have made allocations nor ones that have already been sent to payroll

If you want to delete an amended exceptions, you need to first delete the individual allocations (deselect the Mark as resolved box and then click delete).
