Any attendance exceptions that you have not made allocations to can be deleted from the Resolve Attendance Exceptions page of your Time & Attendance.
To delete an un-amended attendance exceptions:
Go to Attendance > Main > Attendance Exceptions.
Find the attendance exception you want to delete and click the Delete trashcan icon.
In the confirmation pop-up window, click on Delete exception.
If you want to revive deleted exceptions, click on File > Recalculate allocations in the top-right corner of the page.
Note: You cannot delete attendance exceptions for which you have made allocations, nor ones that have already been sent to payroll.
If you want to delete an amended exception, you need to first delete the individual allocation within the Allocations modal.
Click the Resolved toggle off.
Click the Delete icon for the allocation entry you need to delete.
