In this update, our team worked to bring you a very useful new feature in Rewards, along with additions such as the possibility of viewing Company Cost in the Summary Detailed report, and several improvements in the Payroll and Time and Attendance modules.

Feature Highlight: Rounding and Limits
In Rewards, we have added new settings for Rounding and Limits of overtime allocation and leave entitlement.
For both rules Allocate time, specifically 'Add overtime', and Add leave entitlement, there is an option to include rounding and/or limits. You can view and edit the settings for these functions using the cog icon as indicated below.
Click on the cog to view or edit the Rounding and Limits settings.

Payroll Enhancements
We have added an option to show the Company Cost in the Summary Detailed report, which will consider amounts for total gross, company NI contributions, and maternity leave fund contributions.
Payroll Fixes and Improvements
The 'Deduct Leave' option in the Leave Situation report is functioning as intended.
In Leave, the Leave Type field works correctly again.
The OT Concession Value field in Employee Previous Main Employment is retaining changes made.
Dates are displaying fully in the FS7 form.
OT Concession Hours for 2022 display as expected in the FS3 and Electronic Lodgement.

Time and Attendance Enhancements
We have added an explanatory note to the 'Work time amount' field for Attendance Flexitime in Shift Presets.
โThe following lock icons have been added to shift entries in the Scheduler:
Plain lock: the day is blocked.
Lock with card: the day has been sent to payroll.
Time and Attendance Fixes and Improvements
We have added 'Assign' and 'Cancel' buttons on the bottom right of various modals within the Shift Presets, Penalty, and Rewards screens.
It is now possible to set a remark on shifts of Leave type.
Break minutes are showing as intended for selected shift patterns in the Attendance Reconciliation report.
