Turnover
The Turnover dashboard displays turnover data in several charts and graphs help you keep track of your recruited and terminated employees.
Termination by Year
This section of the Turnover dashboard is made up of four visuals:
Termination Reason: This chart shows the number of terminations along with the average turnover in percentage, and the different termination reasons.
Total Employees and Turnover %: view the number of active employees per department or cost centre (depending on which filter is chosen), along with the percentage of turnover for each one, using this bar chart.
Termination by [category] x2: these two charts allow you to view terminations by two different categories at the same time, using the dropdown in each chart.
The categories available are: Academic Level, Age Bracket, Civil Status, Company Code, Cost Centre, Country, Department, Employee Type, Gender, Grade, is Casual Worker, Nationality, Occupation, Region, Tax Profile, Town, Weekly Hours, Years in Service.
Rolling Turnover across Years
See the Turnover percentage (%) for Selected and the Turnover % for the Company in this graph. You can choose whether to roll it over from one to twelve months using the dropdown int he top right of the graph.
Terminations
This graph shows the number of terminations in the company over time.
