Basics

To view the All Applications grid, sign in to your company's Indigo Hiring web page and click the All Applications tab in the header.

The grid on this screen displays all applications received for the company's existing jobs. It includes the following columns:

  • Name: the name of the applicant.

  • Job Title: the title of the position applied for.

  • Current Stage: the current stage of the application in the hiring process (Hiring Pipeline), ranging from Not a Fit to Hired or Declined.

  • Matching: indicates whether the applicant meets the basic requirements of the job, based on screening questions and required country of residence. The matching status is color-coded, with red for poor, yellow for moderate, and green for a perfect match.

  • Scorecard: the applicant's score based on Hiring's special tool, which helps your recruitment team grade job applicants easily.

  • Application Date: the date the applicant submitted their application.

  • Activity: displays alerts for new activity within the application or new applicants.

The grid on this screen displays all applications received for the selected company's posted positions. To view applications for a different company you have access to, choose that company from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
