Overview
The My Profile widget is part of your Employee Portal. It allows you to perform basic yet important actions to have tidy and accurate personal details, including your smiley picture as the cherry on the cake. π
The Profile Picture / My Profile
Clicking on your Profile Picture or My Profile will redirect you to the same screen.
The screen is called: Profile.

The Profile page is divided in the following sections:

Here you can:
Edit your profile picture by using the π· icon
Amend all the fields made available to you by your administrator.
Security

This section shows you:
Which companies you have access to
The list of Permissions assigned to you
The list of Roles assigned to you
π Note: The information available in this window matches the one in the User form in Administration > Users
More Details
To access the section where to specify additional information related to your employee profile, click on the More details button.
A pop-up window will appear where you can ask for amendments to your:
Personal Details
Address
Contact Details
Emergency Contact Details.
Write down what you want to be modified in the 'Request change message' text field placed on the bottom of the window, click on the Request Change button and then Submit. The Administrator will be notified and be able to apply the requested changes.
