Create a Recruitment Agency
To create an agency and send it an invitation:
Click on your profile menu in the top right of the screen, then expand the company menu.
Towards the end of the list, click on Recruitment Agencies.
This will take you right to the Recruitment Agencies settings. The first time you visit this page to add an agency, it will read 'No Recruitment Agencies with Access'. Go ahead and click + Add Agency.
When the Add New Agency page loads, fill in the form in two steps covered in two tabs:
Agency Creation tab
Create First Contract (Optional) tab
Agency Creation
Fill in the fields in the Agency Creation tab as first step of the agency creation. When ready, select Next to move to the second step and tab.
Below are the mandatory fields in the Agency Creation tab:
Agency Name
Agency Email
Contact Person

Create First Contract
In the Create First Contract tab, you can define the terms agreed with the recruitment agency.
📋 Note: This step is optional. To create the agency without defining a contract, click Skip step. The agency will appear in the Recruitment Agencies List screen.
After entering a Contract Name:
Enter a contract start and end date. At the contract expiration, the agency won't see the assigned job posts anymore.
Enter the commission percentage (%) and the minimum fee agreed with the agency.
Optional:
Enter the Candidate Exclusivity Period in days. During this period, the recruitment agency has the exclusive right to represent the candidate.
From the Jobs dropdown, select the job posts the agency can access. Click Select All to grant access to all job posts, or select individual job posts as needed.
Alternatively, you can tick the Default for new jobs checkbox. The agency will be assigned to all the new jobs posted from that moment on.
When you're ready, select Next.

The form will close and return to the Recruitment Agencies settings page, and the recruitment agency will receive an email invitation on the address you entered in the form.
Editing or Deleting a Recruitment Agency
