Introduction

If you're new to applicant submissions as an agency using Indigo Hiring:

After that, come back here and follow the steps below to start submitting applicants for the companies you work with.

⚠️Important: before jumping to the steps below, ensure you have the candidate details and supporting information required in the application form.

Submitting an Applicant

To submit an applicant as a recruitment agency:

  1. Open the ➡️ Hiring login page.

  2. Select Continue with Email and use your agency account credentials.

  3. In the Job Openings screen, select 👤 Add applicant in the far right of the desired job title row.

    • Alternatively, click on the job title and select ➕ Add Application at the top right corner of the job page.

  4. In the Suggested Applicant page:

    1. Enter the candidate details, upload the CV, paste a covering letter, and fill in the agent referral.

    2. Choose if the hiring company can communicate with the applicant via email, chat or both. More on these settings ➡️ here.

  5. If any screening questions are shown, fill them in with the applicant answers.

    • This is optional and depends on your agreement with the hiring company.

  6. Select Create Application.

The new applicant is now visible in the Submitted Applicants tab in the job title page. 👇

Withdrawing an Application

Has a candidate cancelled their application, or perhaps you submitted the wrong one? Follow the steps below to withdraw the application.

  1. In Job Openings, select the relevant job title to open the job page.

  2. Select the Submitted Applicants tab.

  3. Locate the applicant, and select the Withdraw button on the far right.

  4. Choose a withdrawal reason from the corresponding dropdown (e.g. Mistake in application submission), and select the Yes, withdraw button.

The applicant is no longer visible to you nor the hiring company. 😉
