Introduction
Managers have the possibility to consult a table showing the total balances or balances divided by Leave Type for the people reporting to them. They can achieve this using the Staff reporting to me leave balances widget on the Employee Portal, when proper rights are granted.

Add the Staff reporting to me leave balances widget to the Employee Portal
1) If the widget is not available, the Administrator needs to add it to the Employee Portal dashboard view. To do so, they have to click on Add New icon β on the top right side of the screen.

ποΈ Note: This setting needs to be activated by Shireburn Support upon request. Once turned on, it allows to globally add a widget from the dashboard.
2) From here, type or scroll down to locate the 'Staff reporting to me leave balances' widget, tick it, and click OK.

3) On the Employee Portal dashboard, scroll to the widget and select the Leave Groups you want to show on the widget by ticking the corresponding checkboxes, then click Save.

π€ Remember: All the settings you select here will be applied globally. This means
that all the people who have the permissions to see this widget, they will see it with the columns you selected in the widget settings.
4) The widget is now available in the Employee Portal. The the data can be viewed in either Hours or Days.
