Introduction

When recruiting for a role, you may want to focus on candidates from specific countries or regions. Applicants' Location Preferences help you prioritise candidates from your preferred locations and support the automatic sorting of applications, making it easier to identify suitable applicants more quickly.

You can set location preferences at company level, so they apply to all jobs created after the location preferences are configured or updated, or at job level, allowing you to specify different locations for individual vacancies.

Setting up Location Preferences for all Jobs in your Company

  1. Go to Dashboard > Your hiring Preferences and select Edit next to Hiring Preferences.

  2. In the Hiring Process section, select Edit at the far right of Preferences for Applicants' Location

  3. Start typing a country, or region in the search field, then select the required option from the list that appears. The selected locations are displayed as tags below the field.
