Introduction
Have you been invited to Indigo Hiring by a company you work with? Follow ➡️ these steps to set up your account and create your login credentials.

Agency's First Login
Open the inbox of the email address you provided to the company.
Open the Indigo Hiring welcome email.
Choose Set up your account, or copy and paste the link provided in the email. A new browser tab will open.
A pop-up will ask you to confirm your contact details, like your Last Name. Please proceed accordingly, and select Continue.
Enter a password for your agency account in the first text box, then type it again in the second text box to confirm it.
Your password must meet the criteria shown below the password fields. If it does, all the checkmarks turn green. ✅
Select Create password, and you're done!
🤔 Reminder for future logins: your credentials are the email address you provided to the company that invited you, and the password you've just created.
When finished with the configuration, you'll be automatically redirected to the Indigo Hiring Job Openings screen.
📋 Note:☝️ if you cannot see all the expected job posts, contact the company's Indigo Hiring Administrator. 😉
Invitation and Login to an Existing Account
Recruitment agencies often work with multiple companies and may receive Indigo Hiring invitations from each one. This means that:
You might have already created a recruitment agency account following a previous invitation.
You can manage applications for multiple companies using a single recruitment agency Indigo Hiring account.

To check if you already have an account, you have two options:
Look at the invitation you received by email. You'll see the Go to My Account button (instead of Set up your account). This means an account already exists, so select the button and log in . 👉 Reset your password if you don't remember it.
Go to the Indigo Hiring login page and try to reset your password.
If an account is registered with that email address, you'll receive a password reset email. If you don't receive the email, no account is currently registered with that address.
Once you have accepted the invitation and logged in, use the company selector dropdown to switch between companies and view their job postings.
