The Careers Page Builder
Each section of the Careers page is editable and referred to as a block. You can add, change or delete blocks as needed, except for the Hero block, which cannot be deleted.

To access the builder, click on Careers in the header menu. When it loads, click on the Switch to edit mode button in the bottom right of the screen.
This will open the editor panel in the bottom half of the screen which changes options based on the block you select or add.
To exit edit mode, either click Save Changes or select any of the options in the site header.
📝 Note
The Switch to edit mode button remains visible in the same place even if you scroll down.
Adding a Block
You can add a new block when viewing existing ones, using the + Add New Block button to the right of the block's title in the editing box.
Click the + Add New Block button to open the Blocks modal that shows all available block types.
Pick your required block type by clicking on the corresponding image.
The modal will close and the new block will be added automatically at the end of the page.
Edit the block's settings via the editing panel.
Edit the block's content by clicking on the relevant edit icon on the block itself.
Finally, click Save Changes to publish your changes to your live Careers page.

Hiring's Careers page is so customisable that we have 9 main block types, with many having multiple style variations, leading to a total of 21 unique options to decorate your Careers page.

Type | Description |
Hero Block | Introduce your company and highlight open roles. |
Jobs | Display open vacancies. |
Banner | Use to include a large image without any extra text above, below or around it. |
Video | Links a video hosted on a third party site, so visitors can watch it directly on your Careers page. |
Image + Text | Place an eye-catching picture 📷 while having text beside or below it. |
Gallery | Display multiple workplace or event photos. |
Features | Highlight company strengths or key information. |
Benefits | Showcase your benefits package to give potential applicants an idea about your work environment and company culture. |
Socials | Link to company social media profiles, so anyone visiting the Careers page can see where to follow for company news. |

Deleting a Block
To delete a block:
Click the trashcan button in the Block Position area of the editing panel.
A confirmation message will come up. Click Yes, delete to continue.
⚠️ Editing an existing block's style may remove any images already uploaded to that section. If you think you'll need these images again, make sure to back them up in a different location before modifying the block's style. ⚠️
Moving a Block
You can change the order of the blocks in your Careers page easily, thanks to the Block Position setting visible in every block type's edit box. This lets you move a block up or down one block position per click.
To change a block's position:
Click on the block to enter its editing box.
Under Block Position, click the up or down arrow button to shift it one block in either direction.
Keep clicking as many times as you need to get the block in the right place on the page.
