About the Careers Page in Indigo Hiring
The Careers Page is your platform to make the most important details about your company shine!
Showcase everything you want potential applicants to see, from the humble beginnings of your company, to the fantastic benefits you offer, right up to your job vacancies. With our user-friendly page editor, customising the page becomes second nature.
Who can edit the Careers Page?
Anyone with the Administration permission called 'Can edit company profile' will be able to change your company's Careers Page Settings and use the Careers Page Builder.
Careers Page Settings
From the Careers Page Settings, you can edit the Careers Page URL, page template, and primary colour. You can integrate an iframe to share your job posts from Indigo Hiring directly within your website. Click View as Guest to see what your Careers Page looks like to visitors.
Editing the Careers Page URL
The Careers Page URL is usually created and saved during the original setting up of your company's Indigo Hiring, but it can be amended any time from here. The text on the white side can be changed as needed, but the text on the grey side cannot be edited. Any edits are saved in real time - so you don't have to remember to hit a Save button!
Choosing a Page Template
We have two preset page templates for you to choose from when customising your company's Careers Page. Pick a layout and style here by simply clicking on the one you'd like to use. Click on the Example buttons to take a preview peek.
You'll be able to edit the content, add or delete sections, or move things around at a later stage.
Picking a Primary Colour
Inject an added personal touch to your Careers Page with your company's official branding colour! Have a look at the Colour Preview to see how your choice will look in the accents affected throughout the page.
You can enter the hex code directly into the colour field, or click on the eyedropper icon (shown in red below) to choose a shade from the scale. You can also fill in the RGB numbers.
Don't know your brand colour's hex code or RGB numbers and not sure you can match perfectly on your own? We've got you covered! Use our trusty colour picker tool to hover over the right colour elsewhere - and click. The colour field, hex code, and RGB values will update instantly.
Integrating an iframe in your Company's Website
If you want to show your Indigo Hiring job posts directly within your company's website, switch Activate iframe on to see the HTML script. Click Copy Script to copy the code, you can then paste it into your website's HTML (your company website administrator should know what to do next). Once activated, if you need to switch it off then simply click Deactivate iframe.
To choose how the iframe will look in your website, click on Configure. This will take you to a screen from which you can edit several options.
Block Style: choose to arrange your Job Posts in a list, 2-column, or grid format.
Options: select as many or as few of these as you like!
Company Logo: shows the logo in the top left of the iframe.
Logo in Jobs: add the company logo to each job post entry.
Search and Filters: enable visitors to search and filter directly within the Job Posts iframe when visiting your website.
Jobs Counter: display the total number of roles open in Indigo Hiring.
When you finish adjusting your Careers Page Settings, remember to click the blue Save button at the end of the page to save your changes!
