About the Careers Page in Indigo Hiring
The Careers Page is your platform to make the most important details about your company shine! ✨
Showcase everything you want potential applicants to see, from the humble beginnings of your company, to the fantastic benefits you offer, right up to your job vacancies. With our user-friendly page editor, customising the page becomes second nature.
Who can Edit the Careers Page?
Anyone with the Administration permission called 'Can edit company profile' will be able to change your company's Careers Page Settings and use the Careers Page Builder.
Access the Careers Page Settings
There are two paths you can take to reach the Careers Page settings:

Click on your profile photo in the site header.
Click the arrow to the right of your company's name to open the next menu.
Look for the Careers Page Settings option and click it.

Click on the Dashboard in the header.
When the dashboard loads, go to the Your Hiring Preferences widget.
When you see the Careers Page Settings option, click Edit to the right.
Choose Your Setup Style 🕶️
There are two ways to set up your Careers page. Choose the approach that best matches how you prefer to work. All options ultimately lead to the same Careers page configuration.

To prepare everything possible before jumping into the nitty gritty of the Careers page blocks, this is for you.
Configure every available option in the Careers Page Settings screen, using the rest of this article.
Click Save.
Go to the Careers page to add and edit the different blocks.
You'll need to follow the Careers Page Builder article while working in the Careers page itself.
📝 Note
If you don't need any of the last three settings (Enforce MFA for Candidates, iframe, Restrict IP access), then hit Save when you finish editing the header.

This is the quickest way to be in a position to add and edit the blocks in your Careers page as soon as possible.
Set the URL and choose the page template.
Save the changes.
Head to the Careers page to build your blocks.
When you're ready from the blocks, return to the Careers Page Settings to finish the rest of the settings—come back to this article, starting from the colour palette section and following to the end.

Edit the Careers Page URL
The Careers Page URL is usually created when Indigo Hiring is first set up for your company, but you can amend it any time from here. The text on the white side can be changed as needed and takes a minimum of two characters, but the text on the grey side cannot be edited.
Choose a Page Template
We have three preset page templates for you to choose from when customising your company's Careers Page.
Pick a layout and style here by clicking on the one you'd like to use.
Click on the Example buttons to take a sneak peek how each template will look.
🤚 Attention, setup style 'B - Blocks first' users! Before you get to grips with the Careers page blocks, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button! Then—and only then—leave the Settings screen and go to the Careers page.

Colour Palette
Inject an added personal touch to your Careers Page with your company's official branding colours by choosing the Primary Colour and the Header's colour. Choose a primary colour for buttons and other highlights throughout the Careers Page, and a header colour for the page header.
The Colour Preview will showcase your colour choices, letting you see what buttons and headers will look like.
There are several ways to choose a colour. Choose either of the below options:
Enter the hex code directly into the colour field.
Use the eyedropper icon to the right of the hex code box to open the colour selection window. Here you can perform one of the following actions:
Choose a shade from the slider and the shade panel.
Enter the RGB values.
Use the colour picker to copy the colour from elsewhere (e.g. an email signature, a marketing banner).
Change Font
To change font:
Click on the Change Font dropdown.
Choose a font from the list.
Use the Font Preview box to see how the selected font will appear on your Careers Page.
Edit Header
To edit your header, under Header Size choose from Small (default), Medium and Large.
Use the Header Size Preview to compare the available header sizes before making your selection.
🧠 Reminder: if you don't need to enable MFA for candidates, enable and configure an iframe, and/or restrict IP access, save the settings at this point. Scroll to the end of the screen and click the Save button, then head to the Careers page to work on the blocks. 👷♂️🛠️

Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Candidates
Toggle the Enforce MFA for Candidates switch to On if you want candidates to use MFA before applying for a job.
Integrate an iframe in your Company's Website
To show your Indigo Hiring job posts directly within your company's website:
Switch Activate iframe on to see the HTML script.
Click Copy Script to copy the code.
Paste it into your website's HTML.
Your company website administrator should know what to do next.
Once activated, if you need to switch it off then simply click Deactivate iframe.
To customise the appearance of the iframe, click Configure. This will take you to a screen from which you can edit several options.
Block Style: choose to arrange your job posts in a list, 2-column, or grid format.
Options: select as many or as few of these as you like!
Company Logo: shows the logo in the top left of the iframe.
Logo in Jobs: adds the company logo to each job post entry.
Search and Filters: enables visitors to search and filter directly within the Job Posts iframe when visiting your website.
Jobs Counter: displays the total number of roles open in Indigo Hiring.
Embedded Job Details: shows the job post's main details, like location, full- or part-time basis, etc.

Restrict IP Access
Restrict the Careers page to everyone except specific IP addresses.
This is useful in the following scenarios:
You're making changes to your published Careers page but only want one or two people to access it while it's still a Work-In-Progress.
You prefer to have candidates access job posts only via the iframe embedded in your company's website, instead of through your Hiring Careers page.
To use this setting:
Toggle the Restriction Disabled switch on, so that it shows as Restriction Enabled.
In the resulting text box, enter the IP addresses or ranges you want to restrict.
Click Save.
🧠 Remember!
When you finish adjusting your Careers Page Settings, make sure to click the blue Save button at the end of the page to save your changes!
