Introduction
Indigo Hiring allows companies to involve recruitment agencies in the application process by creating a dedicated account for them. This way, the recruitment process can be tracked and documented in full, in one place.
In this article, we explain what Indigo Hiring has to offer recruitment agencies.
Before You Begin
Ask the company to create an agency account for you. For more information, see ➡️ here.
Create a password for your account by following the instructions you'll receive in an email invitation. Read ➡️ this article for more details.
Job Openings
Job Openings is the recruitment agency's homepage in Indigo Hiring. Agencies can select their client from the company selector dropdown to view that company's job posts.
The page will display a grid with a list of job openings along with useful information, including the job status, publication date, closing date, and the number of applicants already submitted.
If you select a job in the Job Title column, a screen named after the selected job title opens in a new page. More details below. 👇
The Job Title's Page
Details tab
Once you click on the job title, you'll be taken to the Details tab of the selected job.
Here, you'll find the job description, required skills and qualifications in the About This Job section. On the right, you can also see:
Job details, like location, employment type (full-time or part-time), and work arrangement (on-site, remote, hybrid).
Employee benefits, such as the use of a company car.
Language requirements, including any proficiency levels required for specific languages.
📋 Note: recruitment agencies cannot edit this page. This means that if you notice a typo or want to suggest a better description, you need to contact the relevant company's Indigo Hiring Administrator.
Submitted Applicants tab
The Submitted Applicants tab is next to the Details tab. Here, you can see the list of applicants your agency has already submitted for the selected job title. You can also withdraw an application using the Withdraw button at the far right of the applicant's row.
More Options
Chat with Applicants
You can chat with your applicants selecting Chats in the top right corner of Indigo Hiring. Select a candidate from the list on the left to show the classic chat box to the right of the list. Any chat history will be shown in the box too.
Profile Settings
Select your initials or profile picture in the top right corner, followed by the cogwheel icon to access your basic profile settings.
Upload a profile picture and amend your agency's personal data in General Settings.
Change your email address, password and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings in Account Security.
Turn email notifications on or off and choose how frequently you receive them in Email Notifications.
In Manage Your Data, you can permanently delete your account and choose how long application data is retained before it is automatically deleted. To retain all application data and prevent automatic deletion, select Keep with no expiration.
⚠️ Important: deleting your account will remove your personal data as well as your agency's applications, conversations with applicants, and recruitment history in Indigo Hiring, depending on your data retention settings. This action cannot be undone. Review this section carefully before proceeding.
Adding Applicants
You can submit applications to companies in two ways:
When viewing Job Openings, select the 👤 Add Applicant button at the far right of a job entry.
Alternatively, while in Job Openings, click on the job title to open its details, and select the ➕ Add Application button at the top right corner of the page.
