Signing Up for Indigo Hiring

  1. Begin by going to https://ats.indigo.jobs.

  2. When the log-in page loads, click on the 'Sign Up' link, then choose which method you'd like to use: via Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Email.

    1. To sign up via Email, fill in the form shown in the below picture, and click the blue Sign Up button.

    2. You'll receive a welcome email with a verification button and link.

Go ahead and click either of them to activate your profile and start setting it up!


Logging in

First, load the Indigo Hiring page in your browser: https://ats.indigo.jobs. The log-in page below will load, providing options to log on with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Email.

Click on your preferred method, enter your credentials, and log in!

Once you've logged in, if you're a company member you'll be taken to the Dashboard screen; if you're an applicant then you'll be taken to the Careers Page of the company you're viewing.


Resetting your Password

Have you loaded Indigo Hiring and gone to log in, but can't for the life of you remember your password? No problem!

  1. Click on the blue Forgot password? link below and to the right of the Password box.

  2. The Reset password screen will load. Enter you email in the Email box, and click Reset.

  3. At this pop-up message, check the email address you entered for further instructions.

  4. You should find an email with a Reset Password button and link on your registered email. Click either one to open the Create a new Password link in your browser; then enter your new password in the top box, type it again in the second one, and finally click Continue.

  5. A pop-up message will let you know that your password has been successfully updated. You can go ahead and log in with it.
