About Indigo Hiring's Dashboard

Indigo Hiring's Dashboard is home to a header and several helpful widgets. They provide summarised information and quick links to a number of important places in Hiring.

Header

The header hosts two important tools: the Company Dropdown and the Active Jobs Indicator, labelled 1 and 2 respectively in the below image.

It is shown in all sections of Indigo Hiring apart from the Careers Page.

Company Dropdown (1)

See which of your companies you're currently viewing and representing in Indigo Hiring.

The first item in the Dashboard header is the company, represented by the Acting as: field. If multiple companies are available, it functions as a dropdown menu that allows you to select a different company when clicked.

Active Jobs Indicator (2)

Displays the number of job postings across your tenant that are currently active.

The Active Jobs indicator also shows how many active job posts your tenant can have. This is determined by your subscription.

Dashboard Widgets

There are three widgets in the main part of the Dashboard: My Jobs, Activity, and Your Hiring Preferences, labelled 3, 4 and 5 below.

My Jobs (3)

Get a run down of your existing job posts here!

You can also create a new job post thanks to the handy + New Job button, search through the simplified list with the search bar, or navigate to the main grid in Your Jobs using the See All Jobs button.

Activity (4)

Keep track of any and all activity carried out on your company's Indigo Hiring!

The Activity widget is a log of all actions taken on your company's Indigo Hiring profile. It registers 1. who performed the action, 2. what the activity was, 3. and who or what the action affected (written in bold), for example: 'Josephine Borg published the job Maltese Pop Culture Expert.'

Your Hiring Preferences (5)

This widget provides shortcuts to the various settings you can configure in Indigo Hiring.

  • Careers Page Settings: choose your Careers Page URL, template and primary colour.

  • Your Team: add or delete members and change their access rights from here.

  • Set Roles and Access: create and edit roles that give access to your Indigo Hiring.

  • Hiring Preferences: configure an array of settings related to the hiring process.

  • Company Profile Settings: control your logo and public company name.
