Using multiple accounts in Indigo Mobile

Find out how to add more accounts to your Indigo Mobile app and how to switch between them on the same device

Add another account to Indigo Mobile

  1. In the Indigo Mobile app, tap on your profile picture in the top right of the screen.

  2. Your account information will appear at the bottom of the screen, along with the options to 'Add Account' and 'Logout'. Tap on 'Add Account'.

  3. The Indigo Mobile login screen will open. You can either close it and return to the app by tapping on the arrow on the top left of the blue header, or enter the username for the account to be added to the app, followed by that account's password, and tap Continue.

  4. The app will load with the 'You are Being Logged In' screen and the Terms and Conditions pop-up. Tap 'Agree'.

  5. The main screen will load showing the name and profile photo of your newly added account.

Switch between your accounts on Indigo Mobile

  1. In the Indigo Mobile app, tap on your profile picture in the top right of the screen.

  2. Your account information will appear at the bottom of the screen, along with any additional accounts and the options to 'Add Account' and 'Logout'. Tap on the account you want to use.

  3. The account information screen will slide down to show the Indigo Mobile app logged into the account you tapped on.

If you were clocked in on the first account before switching to the second account, you will remain clocked in there. The next time you log into that first account, the Clock Out button will be present.
